1. Pre-sale Service

We can directly arrange the production according to the drawings or samples offered by clients. Upon request, we can also offer custom made gas spring design service, and offer sample production service as well. And then mass production is arranged, when clients have no objections after the confirmation of samples designed by our party.

If a client makes an inquiry by e-mailing us a drawing, we’ll make a quotation generally within 2 workdays. The quotation period will be 7 to 10 workdays if a client just tells us his thought rather than providing product drawing. That’s because we have to fully understand his intention and provide drawing.

As a responsible enterprise, we hope to foster long-term cooperative relationships that are mutually beneficial. At the beginning of a deal, we can offer 2 free samples of each type to clients for testing. But they have to assume the transportation fees. If a client makes an order and the order quantity meets our minimum order amount, we can return the sample transportation fees. Or we can provide you with goods that are equivalent to the fees.

We’ll periodically e-mail clients with our latest product catalog which also can be downloaded from our website.

2. Sale Service

From order placement to product delivery, we have full-time business personnel to keep contact with clients. They will update the order progress to clients.

In general, we adopt the T/T payment method, namely 30% deposit and 70% final payment. After the recipient of30% deposit, we arrange the production, and will notice the client once production is finished within the specified period. After the recipient of 70% final payment, delivery is immediately arranged or goods can be delivered on the day required by the client. If you have particular requirements toward payment, you can negotiate with our business personnel in advance.

Production cycle of standard size gas springs is 3 to 4 days. Non-standard products come with production cycle of 4 to 6 weeks. For an urgent order, please negotiate with our business personnel in advance.

If goods were damaged during the transportation, both sides can negotiate how to deal with the problems. Based on actual conditions, goods can be immediately supplemented or supplemented in the next deal.

3. After-safe Service

Gas springs are special products that are in the coverage granted by us. We’ll negotiate with clients for the follow-up treatment, if the goods have any quality problems. Clients need to provide evidence to prove the quality problems. They can send us some samples. Also, they can send us clear pictures or videos of faulty products. After the confirmation that the quality problems are caused by our party, we will replace the products or make compensation upon request.

Normally, all the gas spring parts have been assembled before out of factory. If you need additional connection parts, please timely contact us during the deal. You just need to notify us prior to the delivery, and then we will supply additional joints along with parts. If the order amount of additional, conventional joints is less than 1% of total order amount, no fees will be charged. Fees will be charged for those non-standard joints. Clients have to bear the transportation fees for either standard or non-standard gas spring fittings. You have to notify us in advance if you want to add joints in the next shipment.

Additionally, we will regularly get feedbacks from clients through E-mail or phone call. Consistent service improvement will be made based on clients’ suggestions.

4. OEM Service

We provide OEM manufacturing. Product package can be customized as well.
